Introductory Massage
This is a discounted session for first-time clients. It gives us both a chance to get to know if we are a good fit. We will meet and discuss your specific needs, and tailor a therapeutic massage to address those issues. You will want to wear comfortable clothing and expect to move, stretch, and also relax. The massage will begin fully clothed, checking for sore spots along your IT band, back, neck, and ribs, and then using positional release to relieve them. After this portion, I will step out of the room while you undress to your comfort level and get onto the massage table under the sheets. Then we will proceed to a massage that will help you relax while also utilizing your nervous system to reset your tense muscles back to a state of relaxation.

Prenatal Massage
Individualized combination of relaxation and structural techniques based on your needs for that session. All prenatal massages are done in a side-lying or semi reclined position. Will likely include a combination of: health history intake, body assessment, stretches and exercise demonstrations while clothed, plus, at least 75 mins of hands-on massage time.

Relaxation Massage
Plan on falling asleep! This massage will help you access the autonomic “rest and repair” part of your nervous system. Great for clients who are having trouble sleeping restfully, experiencing anxiety, or debilitating stressors. Retrain yourself how to access a state of relaxation.

Therapeutic Massage

Postpartum Massage
Focus on relaxation and comfort for your unique postpartum strains, pains and anxieties during this precious and challenging phase. Shorter duration so you can get back to baby ASAP. Baby is welcome to come with you to the massage if necessary.

Mobile Massage Services
Allow me to come to the comfort of your own home (or vacation rental). I will bring all the necessary supplies and equipment. You just need an approximately 12x12 ft space.
